    Service request !

    Hello Engravity TEAM !

I tried to reach you by mail without success.
Hope you can help me here:

I have a problem with my FMS. The USB connector is broken from the platine.
Everything like the "Engravity Test" works fine, but the connection to the PC is not possible. Can you try to repair it?

    Thanks for any help.

That's an easy and cheap fix Jan. Just get another USB jack and remove and replace with a soldering iron.

It would be faster than sending it back for repair work and having to wait to get your sim up and running again. Especially this close to Christmas.

    Hi Jan,

When did you mail us ? There is nothing in my support box from you and robert usually forwards support mail to me the same day.

drop me a mail on support@

From there i will start the correct procedure for a return. This can be repaired.
Please do NOT try to repair it yourself. The usb connector is a smd component and not a through hole component. As such a bit harder to be soldered.
