Arriving EGLL from München
A few shots as I was arriving in London from Munich tonight.
I think some of the passengers had a little too much fun at Oktoberfest from the looks of them. You guys need a little more practice at having fun!
Enroute was a little bumpy, but a beautiful senset.
Final to 27R
Man, that's low!
A little breezy but not bad.
I love the noise of the reversers at this distance. There was a restaraunt at KSTL on the north side of 30R, about 125 yards from the runway. It was a great place before it was torn down for airport expansion. The 94th Aero Squadron was it's name.
At the stand on the Euro pier:
And one from the office, as bad as it is:

I love it. Thanks! London is fantastic.
I used to be based in Paris. Short flights to nearly everywhere. I like about a two, to two and a half hour flight and I wasn't getting that out of Paris for where I like to fly to.
London was 45 minutes on a good day and wasn't worth the effort to fire the whole thing up. Munich was a bit farther at 1.6 hours, but still not that far.
Being based in Munich now opens up a lot of flight time suited to what I'm after...and I haven't been back to Paris since.Boeing Skunk Works

None other than Mega-London courtesy of Tim's bargain basement blowout.
I can't believe how it runs on this system! Every bit as good as Mega-Frankfurt with Third Party Scenery maxed out and most of the rest all the way to the right.
After docking I just sat there rotating the view around watching the cars and trucks go by.
