pmNOTAM: EICAS and ECAM displays

Hi,

this affects both Airbus and Boeing Glass Cockpits.

In order to get the proportions and position of the synoptics and systems
displays right, I now have to fix the x/y/z positions frames (the bitmaps
around the displays) on the F3 (engine) and F7 (upper and lower engine)
pages.

I.e. from the next builds on you won't be able to select a frame with
Ctrl-Backspace and re-position it... the frame will move around with the
graphics within them.

I may eventually have to do this for the PFD and ND as well so I apologize
for any inconvenience this may cause, but I see no way around this right
now... things are getting to close to the border.
